Forza Funk Feel like busting out of the back-to-school blues? Would you like a great heart-pumping workout and still have fun? Join the Forza Funk Dancercise class! This class is open for all ages and abilities; no dance experience required. You are guaranteed to gain self-confidence and have fun! This one hour class will start with an extensive warm-up, incorporating all the muscles you will use. Each week you will be taught new dance moves that boost your heart rate and get your body moving and grooving into shape. This class will end with a guided stretch to cool you down.
